Project Triathlon: LMS brings the iconic "Last Man Standing" elimination format to multi-sport.
The Clock
- Start Time: :00 – Start Horn sounds
- Course: Complete 100m Swim / 4mi Bike / 1mi Run
- Hard Cutoff: :59:59 – Hard Cutoff
- Rest Time: Whatever time is left in the hour is your only rest.
The Rules
- Corral Requirement: You must be in the start corral every hour on the hour.
- Finishing Condition: Finish under 60 minutes to stay alive.
- Champion Determination: The last athlete standing must finish one final solo loop to be crowned Champion.
