🎉 Event Overview
- Purpose: Celebrate the women and girls in your life in this family-friendly event to commemorate the achievements of Title IX, the landmark equality legislation signed by President Nixon fifty-three years ago.
- Activity: Bring your family, friends, sports teams and community groups to the Nixon 5K for Title IX and run (or walk) this moderate course following Yorba Linda’s El Cajon Trail.
- Encouragement: Athletes are encouraged to wear their favorite team gear supporting female sports!
- Accessibility: This is accessible for runners of all levels: strollers are welcome and dogs are allowed.
🎈 Post-Race Activities
- Event: Following the race, guests are invited to stop by the vendor fair in the Library parking lot!
