The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is back for our 4th year for family-friendly, food allergy fun at Endion Station in Duluth, Minnesota!

Event Details

• Date: May 16, 2026
• Location: Endion Station, 200 Lake Place Drive, Duluth, MN
• Registration Deadline: Online registration will be open until the start of the 5K at 9 AM on 5/16/26.
• Kids' Fun Run: Starts immediately following the 5K, expected between 10-10:30am.

Awards and Prizes

• Top Finishers: Awards and prize packs for the top male and female finishers!
• Door Prizes: Enter your bib number for a chance to win a prize of your choosing.
• Must Be Present: Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony—must be present to win!
• Fun Post-Race Activities: Allergy-conscious food/beverages, lawn games, kids' activities, and more.

Registration Information

• Registration Pricing: $35 - February 1-April 30: $40 - May 1-16
• Swag Options: Registration includes a 5K shirt, embroidered stocking hat OR embroidered baseball cap.
• No Swag Option: Choose 'No Swag' during registration: does not include shirt or hat.
• Late Registration: Registrations after 5/1/26 will not include any race-day swag.

Course Details

• Distance: 3.1 mile out and back course.
• Start/Finish: At Endion Station, going northeast on the Lakewalk toward Beacon Pointe and back.

• Course Note: The Lakewalk will NOT be closed to the public on race morning: expect potential congestion.

Packet Pick-Up

• Pre-Race Pick-Up: May 15, 2026 at TBD.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Begins at 8:00 AM.
• Encouraged Pick-Up: Picking up packets the night before is encouraged if possible.
• Packing Note: Same-day registration available.

Parking Information

• Location: The 5K will start and finish at Endion Station in Canal Park.
• Parking Options: Paid parking available in Canal Park.
• Nearby Parking: N Lake Ave Parking, Parking Lot between Canal Park Lodge and Canal Park Brewing Company, Metered parking along Canal Park Drive, Northwest Iron Lot.
