Event Overview
- Purpose: The Third Annual Sequatchie Valley Turkey Trot benefits the Marion County Children's Fund and provides the opportunity to burn a few calories before all those Thanksgiving meals.
- Hosts: The event is being hosted by McKendree United Methodist Church, RedPoint Restaurant, MaxFit, and Tower Community Bank.
Course Details
- Course Type: The course is a 5K flat and fast run/walk through downtown Jasper, Tennessee.
- Support: The course will have full on-course support and be safe for all ages.
- Route: The course will primarily be on city streets but you will also be able to enjoy a section of the Jasper rails-to-trails project along with running in the Jasper City Park.
Post-Race Celebration
- Live Music: After the run, hang around for live music and a post run/walk celebration.
- Awards: Awards will be offered to top male and female overall finishers.
- Costumes: We encourage costumes and fun clothing. An award will be given to the most creative costume.
Participant Perks
- T-Shirt: Each participant will receive a complimentary T-shirt if pre-registered before 11/16.
Packet Pickup
- Date & Time: We will have pre-race packet pickup at RedPoint Restaurant on 11/25 from 4:00-6:00 Central.
- Food: RedPoint will be providing pizza and snacks for all those that stop by for packet pickup.
- Post-Pickup: After picking up your package, stay around for live music and beverages.
