NSB Thanksgiving Gobble Wobble 5k

🦃 It's a THANKSGIVING DAY TRADITION!!

New Smyrna Beach Thanksgiving Gobble Wobble 5K Run/Walk presented by the Flagler Avenue Business Association is open for 2025 registration.

📅 When & Where:

• Date: Thursday, November 27th, 2024 at 9:00am.
• Location: Flagler Ave Boardwalk – Beach, 101 Buenos Aires St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169

📋 Schedule of Events:

• Wednesday: 4-6pm Packet Pickup optional, at Flagler Ave Beach Approach.
• Thursday: 7 am Packet Pickup Open at tent
• 9:00 am: 5K Run/Walk begins.

🏖️ Course:

This is a BEACH run/walk in the sand. The race will Start and Finish on the beach: in front of the Flagler Ave Boardwalk in New Smyrna Beach.

💲 Entry Fees:

• Present- Nov 26th by 1pm: $25.00 Online Registration Only
• At Race Start: $30.00 Cash or scan the on-site QR code to register Online (NO Venmo or Paypal options)
• Note: Online Registration will close Wednesday, November 26th @ 1pm.

🎽 Amenities:

• Race Specific Shirt: Sizes not guaranteed for registrations after 11/11.
• Finisher Medal: All participants will receive one.
• Chip-Timed: This is a chip-timed 5K.
• Free Professional Race Photos: Available for free download after the event.

🏆 Awards:

Top Overall Male/Female, Top Masters Male/Female, and Top 3 Age Group Male/Female will be called up to stage at Flagler Tavern to be recognized, take photos, and receive "Flagler Tavern Bucks".

🔍 Race Timing/ Scoring:

The race will be professionally timed and scored. Disposable, electronic chips will be attached to the bib number. Results will be posted online concluding the event.

• Where does the race take place? This is a Beach Run/Walk in the sand.
• When is Packet Pickup? All packets can be picked up on Wednesday 4-6pm or Thursday 8 am.
• Will there be a Finisher Medal? YES, registration includes a finisher medal, event shirt, chip-timed bib, and more.
• Are dogs/animals allowed? No, pets are not allowed for safety reasons.
