NSB Thanksgiving Gobble Wobble 5k

🏃‍♀️ It's a THANKSGIVING DAY TRADITION!!

New Smyrna Beach Thanksgiving Gobble Wobble 5K Run/Walk presented by the Flagler Avenue Business Association is open for 2025 registration.

📅 When & Where

• When: Thursday, November 27th, 2024 at 9:00am.
• Where: Flagler Ave Boardwalk – Beach, 101 Buenos Aires St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169

📋 Schedule of Events

• Wednesday: 4-6pm Packet Pickup optional, at Flagler Ave Beach Approach.
• Thursday: 7 am Packet Pickup Open at tent
• 9:00 am: 5K Run/Walk begins.

🏖 Course

This is a BEACH run/walk in the sand. The race will Start and Finish on the beach: in front of the Flagler Ave Boardwalk in New Smyrna Beach.

💵 Entry Fees

Present- Nov 26th by 1pm – $30.00 Online Registration Only
At Race Start - $35.00 Cash or scan the on-site QR code to register Online (NO Venmo or Paypal options)

Online Registration will close Wednesday, November 26th @ 1pm for a few hours and then reopens. All registrations taken After 1pm on Wed 11/26 will be $30 and those participants will need to pick up their items at the "Day of Event Registration" line.

Registration is non-refundable.

🎽 Amenities

• Race Specific Shirt: sizes not guaranteed for registrations after 11/11. Inventory is updated through registration.
• Finisher Medal: You will receive a finisher medal.
• Chip-Timed 5K: Professional timing for accurate results.
• Water Stop: Water Refill Station at Start/Finish Line: pass twice on route.

🥇 Awards

Top Overall Male/Female, Top Masters Male/Female, and Top 3 Age Group Male/Female will be recognized at Flagler Tavern.

Top 3 male and female in age groups from 10 - 14 to 80+ will be awarded.

The race will be professionally timed and scored. Results will be posted online concluding the event.

• Where does the race take place? This is a Beach Run/Walk in the sand beginning at Flagler Avenue Beach Approach.
• When is Packet Pickup? All packets can be picked up on Wednesday 4-6pm or Thursday 8 am.
• Will there be results posted? Yes, results will be posted at the race and on the website.
• Are dogs allowed? No, pets are not allowed on this beach run/walk for the safety of participants.
