🏁 PAWLING TRIATHLON

Youth - Adult - Relay

The Pawling Triathlon is a sprint style triathlon offering scenic views and vibrant community charm. This is a race to add to any summer circuit for both the beginner and seasoned triathlete.

🏊‍♂️ COURSE DETAILS

• Youth Under 10 course: Swim 75 yards, Bike 1 mile, Run ½ mile
• Youth 10 and Up course: Swim 125 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile
• Adult Course: Swim 0.3 miles, Bike 12 miles, Run 3.1 miles

⚠️ NOTES FOR ATHLETES

Roads are open to traffic, NO EAR BUDS, The bike course has a big turn around/u-turn use caution when approaching, there is no bike repair station on site.

• Early packet pick up: on Friday, July 11 (1pm - 3pm) & (4:30pm-6pm)
