Come run with us along the river for a Spirits Run with a seriously cool twist!
March 6 is National Frozen Food Day, celebrating the invention of flash freezing — freezing food so fast that it locks in flavor and freshness.
We're celebrating the only way Spirits Run knows how: with a run, a frozen treat, and a party.
Choose your distance: a 5K or a 10K along the beautiful Fox River.
All paces welcome — this is about fun, friends, and frozen bananas, not finish-line pressure. After the run, EVERYONE gets a chocolate-covered frozen banana. Then stay for the after-party with raffles and fun! Spirits Run is Illinois' statewide 5K adventure series — themed, family-friendly runs rooted in local flavor, on our way to all 102 Illinois counties.
