🏃‍♂️ About This Event

• Course Details: The 5k course is on flat, paved roads in Kerkhoven, Minnesota. The 10k course is mostly paved roads with about 1.5 miles of mowed grass on the golf course. There is also a short distance of gravel road. Water stops every couple of miles.

👕 T-Shirt Options

• Different Offer: We are offering something different this year. We are offering the option of getting a T-shirt or not and if you choose to not get a T-shirt, your entrance fee is less.
• Additional Fee: If you choose to get a T-Shirt, there is an additional $5.00 fee. The registration fee is even less if you register during one of the 3 dates with discounted rates.
• T-Shirt Selection: When you get to the "Giveaway" section of registration, that is where you choose a T-shirt size if you want one and it will add on the additional $5.00 fee.
• Opt-Out: If you don't want a T-Shirt, scroll down to the "I don't want a T-shirt" option, click on that option and you won't be charged any additional fees.

🏅 Championship Series

• 10K Race: Only the 10K Race is part of the Glacial Lakes Championship Running Series.

🎉 Post-Race Activities

• Celebration: After the run, there will be children’s games and a children’s tractor pull, a flea market, firemen’s feed, kiddie rides, swimming and a parade, all part of the annual Kerkhoven Town and Country Days.
• Enjoy the Day: Please feel free to stay and enjoy the day.

🗓️ Registration

• Pre-registration: Pre-registration closes July 10th at 11:59pm.
• Race Day Registration: Race day registration from 7:00am to 8:00am.

⏰ Schedule

• 7:00AM: Race day registration begins
• 8:00AM: Start of races
• Awards Ceremony: After races

💰 Proceeds

• Charity: Proceeds from this race go to the Kerkhoven Park and Recreation Department.
• Shirt Guarantee: Registrants are guaranteed a shirt if registered by 7-10-25.

🏆 Awards

• Men's Divisions: 5k and 10k: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 and 85 plus.
• Women's Divisions: 5k and 10k: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 and 85 plus.
