PINK "ME" 2nd Annual Lace up and Race 5K Walk/Run!

🎗️ Event Overview

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month which is the best way to join us for our first annual walk/run! Show your support and help us in raising awareness. Staying healthy and active is not only good for us physically, but mentally as well. Join us in our challenge and show your support.

All proceeds will go to PINK "ME" Non-Profit Organization. If you would like, you will be able to make an additional donation before you complete your registration.

💡 Did You Know?

Statistics: In 2020, there were 2.3 million women diagnosed with breast cancer and 685,000 deaths in the world.

Trends: While the death rates have declined since 1989, it's still the most commonly diagnosed cancer type.

Proactivity: You can’t prevent cancer, but you can be proactive in learning the signs and symptoms and taking care of your health.

Awareness: Knowledge and early detection can save your life.

• Step 1: Register for the 5K Walk/Run
• Step 2: Complete your Walk/Run at your pace on October 19th.
• Step 3: Share your finisher photo and tag us on social media using hashtags #BreastCancerAwareness #PINKME

🌍 Virtual 5K Walk/Run

Santa Fe, and beyond! PINK “ME” is excited to announce a virtual component to our 2nd Annual Lace Up and Race/Walk 5K. You can support us from anywhere you’d like! Grab your favorite walking buddy and lace up with us!

📦 Race Basics

• Packet Includes: You will receive a Numbered Bib, T-Shirt, and Medal in the mail prior to race day.
• Location: Decide if you are walking the 3.2 miles in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, or on your favorite track/trail.
• Race Day: On Saturday, October 19, 2024, put on your race gear and hit the pavement or treadmill to complete the race.
• Social Media: Take a picture and post it on social media using the hashtag #PINKMELACEUPANDRACE
