Presque Isle Half Marathon

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

A half marathon event on the shores of Lake Erie - at Presque Isle State Park. Registration will include a technical race shirt, finisher's medal and post race refreshments.

📍 Location

• Venue: This event is held on a state park, which requires certain limitations.
• Time Limit: There is a 3 hour time limit on the course.
• Pace Requirement: Anyone not maintaining a 14 minute per mile pace will be directed to the all-purpose trail next to the course as the course closes.
• Conditions: Depending on conditions on race day, you may need to go to all-purpose trail sooner if requested by the park rangers.

📝 Registration

• Online Sign Up: There is no day of race registration at the venue, please sign up online prior to race day.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Saturday: Will be at the beach 1 pavilion at Presque Isle from noon until 5 PM.
• Sunday: You can also pick up on Sunday prior to the race starting at 5:30 AM.
• Additional Pickup: You may have someone else pick up your packets.

👕 Premiums

• Shirt Quality: We are offering a top-quality dri release long sleeved shirt. (Design coming).
• Unclaimed Shirts: Shirts not picked up by the start of the race cannot be mailed and will be donated.
• Registration Timing: There is no guarantee of a shirt if registering in the last 10 days.
• Size Requests: If your shirt size is not available we will ask you the size wanted and it will be set aside after the race starts.

🎉 Post Race Celebration

• Location: After the race we will party at the Beach 1 pavilion.
• Entertainment: Refreshments and a DJ will be at the Beach 1 pavilion.
• Seating: Please feel free to bring your own outdoor chairs or beach blanket for added comfort.
• Community: Food, drink, music and friendship will be supplied to all runners.

🏆 Awards

• Timing: As soon as race results are available we will hand out the awards.
• Categories: The awards will be overall first 3 winners, male and female and first overall masters winners and 5 year age groups.
• Post-Race Policy: Awards will not be mailed after the race.
