Red Apple Run 5K & Walk

🎉 WELCOME to Registration for the 5th Annual RED APPLE RUN 5K & Walk!

The mission of the Bartow County Education Foundation is to support the Bartow County School System in providing world-class educational opportunities for its students and teaching community.

🕗 Race Schedule

• 5K Start Time: 8:00am
• 1.5 Mile Walk Start Time: 8:10am
• Start Location: Cass Middle School track (195 Fire Tower Rd NW, Cartersville, GA 30120)

🏃‍♂️ 5K Course Details

The 5K begins on the Cass M.S. track (8:00am), before getting onto the paved Hamilton Crossing Park trail. Once on the trail, the course makes a large, complete counterclockwise loop around the main park, then at the roundabout, gets onto the 0.75 mi. loop just east of the main park, making a counterclockwise loop. Returning to the roundabout after that loop, the course returns to the Cass M.S. track and finishes with an Olympic-style "back-in-the-stadium" loop on the track! 🚶‍♀️ 1.5 Mile Health Walk

The Walk also begins on the Cass M.S. track (8:10am), making a loop before going down to the Hamilton Crossing Park trail where walkers will do a small loop in the park before returning to the track to finish.

Registration is now open. You can register online at RunSignUp.com until 11:00pm Sunday, April 20, 2025.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Will be held Friday, April 25th from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM at the Big Peach Running Co. Cartersville location - 402 E. Church St., Suite 107, Cartersville, GA. Please make every effort to stop by on April 26th to lessen your wait time(s) Saturday morning at the race!

💰 Registration Fees

Pre-Race Registration:

• 5K Fee: $30
• Health Walk Fee: $25

Race Day Registration:

• 5K Fee: $40
• Health Walk Fee: $35

🏅 5K Awards

We will be announcing results following the race, at approximately 9:15am. They will be posted at www.wire2wirerunning.com under the dropdown tab 'RESULTS.'

• Overall Winner: Male & Female: the Overall Master (Male & Female) will receive an award.
• Top Finishers: The top 3 finishers (Male & Female) in each age group below will receive a medal.
