Now in its third year, The Rise and Run 5K brings runners, walkers, and families together for an energizing morning filled with determination, encouragement, and fun.

🕒 Timing & Location

• Chip Timing: Chip timing will be provided by Beach Bum Timing.
• Race Venue: The race will be at Tom Bennett Park in Bradenton, 400 Cypress Creek Blvd, Bradenton FL.
• Shirt Upgrade: Upgrade your shirt to a long sleeve 1/4 zip for only $30. (shirt brand & color may vary due to availability)

🏆 Awards & Packet Pickup

• Awards: This year we will have awards for top 3 male and female and will expand our awards to top 2 in age groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Packet Pickup:
  • Dec 29th @ New Balance, 315 N Cattlemen RD, Sarasota from 4 to 7pm.
  • Dec 30th & 31st @ Run With Purpose Nutrition, 8319 Lockwood Ridge Rd, Sarasota, during normal business hours 8am to 4pm.
  • Race Day Packet Pickup: 6:30am - 7:30am.
• Race Day Registration: 6:30am to 7:30am. You will need your phone to scan a QR code to register. CC or Apple Pay only. NO CASH.
