Friend to Friend proudly presents our 9th annual Rock N Run 5k!
🏃♂️ Race Experience
- Entertainment: Whether you're running it or you're just looking for some entertainment, the Rock n' Run 5k satisfies all.
- Music: If you’re running the 5K, ditch the headphones for this one! Music will be played at the start line.
- Finish Line Fun: The race culminates with a beer and concert at the finish line.
👨👩👧👦 Family Activities
- Festivities: If fitness isn't your forte, come out for the festivities. Cheer on the runners, listen to some tunes, and get inspired to sign up next year.
- Children's Activities: This event is family friendly with activities for children, live music, and food trucks.
- Support Awareness: Bring the whole family out to have fun and support sexual assault awareness!
- Seating: Don’t forget your lawn chairs!
📝 Registration Details
- Registration Deadline: Registrations on or before 4/1 will be guaranteed a t-shirt.
- Shirt Availability: All registrations after that date will receive a shirt if available.
