🎆 Event Overview

Get your July 4th holiday moving with the Rotary Club of Westerville’s Independence Day 5K at 8 AM Friday, July 4.

🗺️ Location & Course

• Venue: Westerville Sports Complex, 325 N. Cleveland Ave.
• Course Details: The race course travels on paved multipurpose trails through the Sports Complex property.
• Pathway: Under Cleveland Avenue, along the Westerville Community Center property, down to Heritage Park, and back to the finish/start line.
• Finish Line: Adjacent to the new Veterans Memorial Plaza.

🎖️ Participant Benefits

• Registration: Pre-registration only.
• Included: 5K participants receive an event T-shirt, race medal, and other goodies.
• Kids Fun Run: Participants receive a medal.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Dates: July 2 and July 3, from noon-6 p.m.
• Location: Polaris Fleet Feet store, 1270 E. Powell Rd.
• Note: There will be NO Race-Day Registration.

🎉 Independence Day Events

The race at the Sports Complex begins our day-long celebration of the Fourth, with our other dawn-to-dusk events, including:

• Honor Guard Presentation: 7:30 a.m.
• Kids Fun Run Sprints: 7:45 a.m.
• The big State Street Parade: 10:30 a.m.
• Free Concert and Food Truck Festival: 5-10 p.m.
• Patriotic Fireworks Display: 10 p.m.
