Run For Hope

Race Description

Back in the Village of Coal Valley offering a unique and fun route. This 5K race and 1 Mile Fun Run runs through the scenic neighborhoods of Coal Valley and is about honoring and celebrating everyone in our community that is impacted by cancer.

Family and Community Involvement

• Invite Everyone: Bring the whole family, neighborhood friends, or a group of co-workers.
• Pup Participation: There is even a spot for your pup in the Purina Doggy Dash.
• Commemorative Bandana: Dogs will receive a commemorative doggie bandana for an additional $10.

Personalized Experience

• Custom Race Bibs: Custom race bibs are provided to show who you are running for.
• Yard Signs: Honor a loved one with a yard sign along the race route.
• Support for All: Signs can honor those currently living with cancer, survivors, or those who were lost to cancer.
• Keep Your Sign: After the race, you can pick your sign up to keep for your yard.

Awards

• Overall Champions: Awards will be given for the overall 5K men’s & women’s champions.
• Survivor Champions: Awards for overall 5K men’s and women’s survivor champions.
• Age Groups: Awards for 5-year age groups in both men & women division from 14 to 75 years old.
• Team Awards: Awards will also be given for the largest family and corporate team.
