Run the 'Burg 5K

🏁 Event Overview

The Harrisburg YMCA, Harrisburg Parks & Recreation and the Harrisburg Rotary are partnering to present the 16th Annual Run the 'Burg 5K. The race will be at the New Harrisburg Park, which means we will have a new route for all! Our goal is to promote recreation and local business in Harrisburg. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time.

📅 Race Day Details

• Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025
• 5K Start Time: 8am
• Fun Run Start Time: 9am
• Awards Presentation: 9:30am

Health Fair/Healthy Kids Day 8-10:30 am

🏞️ Course Information

The course will take place at Harrisburg Park.

🎽 Packet Pick-Up

At the Harrisburg YMCA:

• Thursday, April 24: 12-9pm
• Friday, April 25: 5am-7pm

📝 Race Day Registration

Registration will begin at 6am on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Harrisburg Park.

🏅 Awards

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and top 3 female Overall 5K runners, and Top 3 Male/Female awards for the following age groups:

• 9 and under
• 10-14
• 15-19
• 20-24

Age groups continue: 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.
