Run To Breathe Half Marathon & 5K

Race Overview

• Date: June 7, 2026
• Location: McDanel's Boat Launch, Moraine State Park, McDanels Road, Portersville, PA 16051
• Proceeds: Benefit Pennsylvania Cystic Fibrosis Inc. (PACFI)
• Course: Entirely on the paved bike path with an out and back course

Registration & Packet Pickup

• Shirt Deadline: Must be registered by May 21st to receive this year's shirt.
• Shirts: Participants will receive shirts from past races and some extra 2026 shirts (no dates on the shirts).
• Packet Pickup: Starts at 7:00 AM until the race starts.
• Race Start Times: Half Marathon at 8:30 AM, 5K at 9:00 AM.

Course & Amenities

• Water Stops: Three stops for the half marathon (1.55 miles, 6.55 miles, and 11.55 miles).
• Restrooms: Available at the start/finish line area and one on the course near mile 5.
• Runner Limit: 350 runners for the race (not including virtual participants).
• Food & Facilities: Lots of food available, a nice #7 pavilion, with unique awards and finisher medals for all half marathoners.

Timing & Awards

• Chip Timing: All participants will be chip timed.
• Incentives: Prize money for the 1st Overall male and female in the half marathon.
• Swag: Shirts or beanie hats distributed to all preregistered entrants.
• Finisher Medals: Medals awarded to half marathon virtual runners.
