Event Details

Date: 2026-04-25
Location: Brady’s Run Park Lodge, Beaver Falls, PA
Course: Nearly all of the park’s 2,000 acres will be on display, with a unique and challenging loop.
Treats: Finishers will enjoy cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and maple syrup.

Park Information

Size: Brady's Run is the largest park in Beaver County.
Facilities: Offers miles of great single-track, a lake, ice arena, outdoor sports facilities, and playgrounds.
Accessibility: All participants have 8 hours (until 4pm) to finish.
Aid Station: Must reach the 7.5-mile aid station before it closes at noon.

Awards and Recognition

Prizes: 1st male and female will receive the Golden Sap Bucket, with awards for 2nd and 3rd place as well.
Trail Sisters Approval: Proudly a Trail Sisters Approved race.
Post-Race Breakfast: Enjoy a pancake breakfast and camaraderie after the race.
Volunteers: Registered helpers will receive a t-shirt, food, and gratitude for their service. Sign up here.

Registration and Refunds

Spots Available: 300 registration spots in total.
Policies: No waitlist, refunds, transfers, or deferments except in cases of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
Contact Info: If you qualify for an exception, reach out to the race directors for a refund.
Swag: Each participant will receive a sleeveless tech-shirt and a Rabbit brand ice RAD-dana. Registrations after March 23rd are not guaranteed shirts.

Camping and Social Events

Camping: Available near the start line on Friday night.
Potluck: Join us for a potluck/pizza social the night before the race.

Race Day Information

Bib Pick-up: At Brady's Run Lodge Friday 4/24 4pm-6pm & Saturday 4/25 (Race Day) 6am-745am.
Race Start: The race will begin at 8AM on Saturday 4/25/26.
Pre-Race Refreshments: Water, coffee, and donuts available for participants.
Film: Watch a short film on the race's origins – Stories Before the Start - Tapped for Sap 25k.

Course Details

Course Description: A unique 16-ish mile loop with 25% paved and 75% trail, featuring rolling hills and rooty, rocky sections.
Markings: Orange ground flags and ribbons, with arrows and signs at trail intersections.
Aid Stations: Fully stocked aid station at 7.5mi with water, electrolyte drinks, snacks, and first-aid supplies.
Bathrooms: Port-a-johns at start/finish and aid station, with additional permanent facilities in the park.

Directions and Parking

From I-376, take Chippewa exit to PA-51/Constitution Blvd South, at intersection of Brady’s Run Road turn right. Drive approximately 1 mile, follow event signs, and turn left. Parking will be in a grass field between Brady’s Run Lodge & Shelter 7. Volunteers will guide you to a parking spot.
