The Spring Thaw Race Description
The winter's first big race is back for its 51st incredible year. The Spring Thaw is the longest continuously run race in Pennsylvania, and you get to be a part of that history when you sign up!
Race Details
- Date: 2027-02-27
- Location: Pearce Mill Road, Allison Park, PA
- Start/Finish: North Park's iconic boathouse
- Distances: 5, 10, 15, and 20 mile race options
Schedule
- Race Start: All distances begin at 10:00 am
- Course Closure: 2:00 pm
- Training Event: Great for the 2026 Pittsburgh Marathon or any other spring race!
