🏅 Race Format

• Loop Options: Ruckers, runners, walkers, and families can participate in a single 4.7-mile loop or as many loops as possible.
• Challenges: Some participants will complete multiple loops over 4, 6, or 8 hours, while a few athletes may go for a full 12 hours.
• Excitement: Each loop ends with excitement and encouragement to see how far people will push together for a great cause.
• Guidelines: The official rucking guideline is a weighted backpack with 30# for men and 20# for women.

👕 Participation Information

• Single Loop Challenge: Those doing the single loop are encouraged to ruck, run, or walk to challenge themselves.
• Weight Options: Participants wishing to do less than the official weight or no weight can still complete as many laps as possible if registering for the Multi-loop event price.
• Registration: Limited registration may be available on-site on the day of the event, subject to the race director.
• Perks: T-shirts, swag, and door prizes are guaranteed for the first 100 sign-ups, with a limited number of sweatshirts available for sale.
