• Amenities: Participant long sleeve shirt, commemorative finisher medal, and chip-timed custom bib number included
• Online Registration: Closes on November 28th at midnight: no registrations accepted after this date

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Packets need to be picked up prior to the race: no race day packet pick-up
• Locations:
  • November 28th from 12 PM-3 PM at Fleet Feet Boardman, 1449 Boardman-Canfield Road #250, Youngstown, Ohio 44512
  • November 29th from 12 PM-3 PM at Birdfish Brewery, 140 E. Park Avenue, Columbiana, Ohio 44408
• Contents: Your packet includes your commemorative medal, long sleeve participant shirt, and chip-timed custom bib number
• Registration Prices: Increase on November 1st

• Categories: Top three overall males and females
• Age Groups: Top three males and females in age categories: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up
• Presents: Awards presented inside the pavilion next to the finish line
• Special Treats: Cookies available for participants inside Pavilion #1, along with a DJ playing festive music!

🎈 After Party

• Location: Free after party at Birdfish Brewery, family-friendly
• Food: Soup for participants
• Distance: Birdfish Brewery is just a short distance from the race!

🐶 Important Notice

• Dogs: Only service dogs in appropriate harnesses are permitted due to the size of the event and space constraints
