SARR Labor Day Whine Run

Race Overview

Come to Tuscany Venue to celebrate the end of summer with the San Antonio RoadRunners Labor Day Whine Run 5K/5-Miler, friends, Whining, and of course wine!

Early Registration Discounts

• Discount Period: Early discounts in effect from 12/12/25-12/31/25. Please check your email for deep discount codes for those who were registered in 2025.
• SARR Membership Discounts: All SARR membership discounts and age-based discounts take effect on 1/1/26.

Virtual Participation

• Virtual Option: We have the virtual option if you cannot attend the live race or will be out of town for the live event.
• Packet Shipping: You can have your packet shipped (at extra cost) or you can pick up at in-person packet pick up (no extra cost). Please note that we cannot ship the wine glass.
• Packet Requirements: Packets are not automatically shipped. Must add-on shipping at registration.
• Social Media: Please take a picture at the end of your run with your race shirt. Upload these to your social media platforms and tag us or use the hashtag #sarrwhinerun.

In-Person Race Details

• Race Start Times: 5-MILER 7:00 AM, 5K 7:05 AM.
• Awards: Awards time approximately 8:30 AM.
• Chip Timing: Both 5K and 5-Miler will be chip-timed.
• Post-Race Party: Enjoy a post-race party after the event at Tuscany Venue with live DJ, food, wine, and refreshments.

Packet Pickup Info

Highly recommended to pick up your packet before race day.

• Pre-Race Pickup: Check back closer to race day.
• Race Day Pickup: Monday 9/7/26 Tuscany Venue, 16102 Old Fredericksburg Rd, San Antonio, TX 78257, 6:00 AM - 7:15 AM (for live race participants only).

• Sponsor Opportunities: Sponsor and vendor opportunities available. Email race director at racing@saroadrunners.com.
• Registration Discounts: SARR members receive a 25% discount on the Whine Run with online registration through 8/2/26.
• Military Discount: Active-Duty Military get a $5 discount on the run through 8/2/26.
• Youth & Senior Discounts: Runners aged 24 or younger and age 70+ get a 50% discount on the events with online registration through 8/2/26.
