🗳 New Features

• Timed Walk: New this year, walkers can be timed and will receive a race bib.
• Registration Requirement: You must be registered as a timed walker to receive the bib.
• Discount Codes: Various discount codes will be available for participants.
• Silent Auction: Lots of auction items will be available to bid on.

🎶 Race Details

• Course: A fast and relatively flat out-and-back 5K on the rail trail.
• Start/Finish Music: Enjoy music at the start/finish line before and after the race.
• Award Ceremony: Held at YMCA once all participants have returned to the gym.
• Finishers Medal: All participants will receive a finishers medal.

👕 Tee Shirt Information

• Order Deadline: Event tee shirts will be ordered on September 19th.
• Registration Note: Registrations after this date will not receive a tee shirt.

• Support Mission: Help support Free ME from Lung Cancer’s mission.
• Financial Assistance: Aid uninsured high-risk patients with early lung detection.
• Community Help: Provide radon air abatement systems and transportation support.
• Donation Encouragement: Consider making an extra donation or setting up a fundraising page.

💰 Discount Information

• Free Registration: Raise $100 or more to qualify for free registration.
• Club Discounts: Members of Central Maine Striders and Sabattus Running Club will receive a $10 discount.
• Tee Shirt Opt-Out: $10 off coupon available for those opting out of the tee shirt.
• Seniors and Veterans: $10 off registration: student registration is $20.
