Shine A Light On Stroke

We are two Delaware Occupational and Speech Therapists who are planning the 3rd Annual Stroke Awareness 5k Run/Walk event.

📢 Community Need

We have identified a need for support and awareness in our community for stroke survivors and their caregivers.

💡 Our Mission

Our hope is to connect this wonderful community with local businesses and resources to shed a light on this important cause.

💰 Proceeds

Proceeds from this race will go towards supporting individuals who have sustained a stroke and covering extraneous expenses.

• Adaptive equipment: to improve safety and quality of life
• Mobility related DME: for better mobility
• Transportation: to and from appointments
• Speech generating devices: for communication support

🌟 Nonprofit Status
