🏃‍♂️ Smelter City Scamper Overview

The Smelter City Scamper will occur on Saturday August 9 as part of Anaconda's Smeltermen's Day Celebration. The Scamper consists of a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon that will require pre-registration, as well as a one block sprint designed for children 8 and under that is free of charge.

📍 Location and Start Details

• Start & End: All runs will start and end in the Kennedy Commons.
• Brewfest: Immediately following the race, there will be a Brewfest occurring in the Kennedy Commons.
• Host: The Brewfest will be hosted by Discover Anaconda as a part of the weekend-long festival.
• Food Options: Multiple food trucks and coffee trucks will be set up where runners can refuel.

The Scamper is being hosted by Smelter City Recreation Complex (SCRC). SCRC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Anaconda, Montana. Our goal is to increase the health and wellness of our community. Find more information at smeltercityrc.org.
