Snow Globe Run

🏃‍♀️ Race Location

• Date and Time: Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
• Event: Snow Globe Run on Campbell Creek Trail behind the Peanut Farm restaurant.
• Snowshoe Race: Starts at 11:15 AM for those not sure about running in the snow.
• Costume Contest: Zoo Critters themed contest at 10:15 AM with prizes for best costumes.

🐾 Special Notes

• Charity: A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Alaska Zoo.
• Dogs: Dogs are not allowed at this event.
• Strollers: Strollers are discouraged but if used, participants should start in the back.

🤝 Race Partner

• Collaboration: The Anchorage Running Club is partnering with the Alaska Zoo.
• Proceeds: A portion of race fees and online donations will benefit the Alaska Zoo.

📏 Course Information

• Course Description: The course is a 4K out and back along the Campbell Creek Trail.
• Start and Finish: Located on the trail and accessible via the Peanut Farm overflow parking lot.
• Terrain: This is a flat course with little in the way of hills.

🎟️ Bib Pickup

• Pickup Times: Details will be determined closer to race day.
• Morning Pickup: Available from 10:00 to 10:45 AM on race day.
• Finisher Medals: All participants will receive a finisher medal after the race.
• Top Finishers: The top 3 men and women will receive prizes from the Peanut Farm and The Movement Clinic.

• Late Registration: Fees apply for runners registering after 11:59 PM, December 11, 2025.
