Staff Sergeant Christopher Slutman was not only a loving husband, father, son and brother but he was also a FDNY Firefighter.

💔Tragic Loss

Sadly, while serving in the Marines, he was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.

🏃‍♂️Honor His Memory

Chris was an avid runner with his wife Shannon. Join us in honoring this American HERO by running or walking in his honor.

💸Support Our Heroes

• Fundraising Purpose: All funds from the event will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
• Foundation’s Mission: The foundation supports the families of fallen or catastrophically injured military and first responders.
• Additional Support: Contributions will aid the Global War on Terrorism Memorial Foundation.
• Memorial Location: This foundation is building a memorial to honor our heroes on the National Mall.
