• Celebration: This year we celebrate the 250th Birthday of America.
• Limited Offer: The first 250 people to register will be able to register for $17.76!!!!!
• Regular Registration: After the first 250 people register the price goes to $25.00.

• Early Registration: $25 through April 30th

• Late Registration: $35 June 6th thru July 3rd

👶 Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run

• Pricing: $15.00 through June 5th
• Late Registration: $20.00 June 6th through race morning

📅 Date & Start Times

• Date: Saturday, July 4th, 2026
• 5k Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
• Fun Run Time: 7:30 a.m.
• Details: All kids participating in the 1/2 mile fun run will be awarded a finishers medal.

🏁 Course Description

• Route: 5K (3.1 miles) will start and finish at Mall St. Vincent Parking Lot (directly behind Sears).
• Neighborhood: The race will proceed through historic South Highland Subdivision, one of Shreveport’s oldest & most beautiful neighborhoods.
• Challenge: A scenic and challenging road race for runners, walkers, and sightseers.
• Packet Pickup: Early Packet Pickup available at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue.

🕖 Early Packet Pickup Schedule

• Dates: Thursday June 25th and Friday June 26th - 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: June 27th from 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Sunday: June 28th from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Final Days: June 29th thru July 3rd from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

🏅 Awards

• Overall Winners: Overall Male & Female winners receive $500 each.
• Runner-Up: 2nd Overall Male & Female winners receive $250 each.
• Commemorative Mugs: First 101 Men and First 100 Female Finishers be awarded a 41st Anniversary Commemorative Mug.
• Special Award: The First 10 Male and Female finishers over the age of 50 will also be awarded a commemorative mug.

🎊 Post-Race Celebration

• Food: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, fresh fruit, and ice-cold drinks.
