For 11 years, the Chicken Run has been a way to start the farm season and welcome the new baby chicks to the farm and to support the Strong Family Farm, Vernon’s nonprofit community farm located in the center of Vernon, CT.

• Commitment: The Strong family along with a large number of community members are committed to seeing that the beloved 7 generation Strong family farm is preserved to provide an agricultural education center.
