🌊 Event Details

• Participation: Run or Walk this family-friendly 5K race raising funds to help cancer patients in the Upper Cumberland.
• Cooling Stations: The Summer Splash 5k offers racers opportunities to cool off along the course at optional “drenching stations” and “misting stations.”
• Timing: All participants will be timed and have the option to order a Summer Splash T-Shirt.

💖 Charitable Cause

• Proceeds: Proceeds from the Summer Splash 5K will go toward the Cancer Care Fund at Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation.
• Honor: Participants are encouraged to run in honor or memory of a loved one impacted by cancer.
• In Memory: The race was established in memory of Sarah Alice Bagci, who battled Burkitt's Lymphoma.

🕕 Race Start Information

• Start Time: The race will begin promptly at 6 pm.
• Starting Point: Beginning near Dogwood Park Amphitheater with the start line on N Walnut Ave.
• Parking: Note, there is construction in the lot between the park and start line.
• Gathering Point: We will be gathering in the parking lot near Cigi's and the Exceptional Bean, and then walking to the start line together just before the race begins.
