Join us on May 10th, 2025, at Heckscher State Park - Field 1, East Islip, NY for a day of celebration and fitness!

🌧️ Event Details

• Date: Saturday, May 10th - RAIN OR SHINE!
• Location: Heckscher State Park - Please Park at Field 1
• Start Time: 9am
• Parking: Arrive before 8am to avoid parking fees.

Come run/walk and celebrate all the SUPER MOMS out there on one of the flattest and most scenic courses on Long Island!

🤰 Who Can Participate?

• Participants: Moms, Daughters, Sisters, Grandmas, Aunts, Step-Moms, Adoptive Moms, Foster Moms, and Moms-to-be!
• Inclusivity: All ages and capabilities are welcome!
• Strollers: Jogging strollers are welcome!
• New Tradition: A great way to celebrate with that special woman in your life!

🏆 Awards

• Overall Winners: Top three male and female finishers overall.
• Age Group Awards: Top three (3) males and females in various age groups.
• Age Groups: Classified by age ranges from 14 and under to 85+.
• Recognitions: Celebrate achievements and support your fellow runners!

👕 Amenities

• T-shirts: Guaranteed for participants registering by April 30th.
• Results: Available online after the race.
• Fun Run: Open to children 12 and under starting at 8:30am.
• Entry Fees: $35 for the 5K and $20 for the Fun Run if registered by the respective cutoff dates.
