Race Overview

• Location: Trails of Cardwell Mountain in McMinnville, TN
• Course: Double and single track route featuring rocks, roots, and elevation.
• Finish Line: An .88 mile out and back through Cumberland Caverns Cave.
• Distances: Both 5K and Half Marathon available.

5K Race Details

• Loop: Single loop with 470 feet of elevation gain.
• Cave Run: Out and back through the cave to the finish line.
• Glow Stick: Provided at the turnaround point to carry to the finish line.

Half Marathon Details

• Loops: 5 loops of single and double wide trail.
• Cave Run: Out and back through the cave on the fifth loop to the finish line.
• Glow Stick: Provided at the turnaround point to carry to the finish line.

• Chip Timing: Accurate timing for all runners.
