Event Description

• Format: Four 1/4 mile laps, drink a 12-ounce beer before each lap.
• Heats: No more than 16 participants every 30 minutes.
• Benefits: The event supports The Huntley Historical Society.
• Weather: The event will occur RAIN OR SHINE!

Packet Pickup

• When: Saturday, July 25th, starts at 1 PM.
• Relay Team Heats: Starts at 2 PM and 2:30 PM: sign up when you check in.
• Individual Beer Mile Heats: Scheduled for 3 PM and 3:30 PM: sign up when you check in.
• Post July 20 Pricing: $75 for Beer Mile, $55 for Relay.

Registration Details

• T-Shirt: Not guaranteed if signing up after July 7.
• Relay Team: 4 members per team, each with 1 beer and 1 lap.
• Course Records: Listed for male and female categories.
• Registration includes: T-Shirt, Custom Bib, Beer Glass, Finishers Medal, Chip Timing, Pictures.

Events and Activities

• Food Trucks: On site from 11 AM to 8 PM.
• Live Music: From 6 PM to 8 PM.
• Raffles: Available during the event.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age on event date to participate.

Course Information

• Type: Quarter mile loop on a paved parking lot.
• Cancellation Policy: No refunds: event will not be rescheduled.
• Awards: Given to the top 3 Male and Female, Age Group Awards, DFL, and Top 3 Relay Teams.
