📅 Day of Event Schedule

• 6:30 a.m.: Registration & Pre-Registrations Opens
• 8:00 a.m.: 5K Race Start - Youth 5k Starts at the same time
• 9:00 a.m.: Kids run - no chip timing
• 8:45 a.m.: Awards ceremony

👕 Tee Shirts

Shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants before November 25th. Once a shirt is sold out you will see sold out. Shirts are not guaranteed on race day.

🏅 Awards

Awards will be provided to the top 3 Males and Top 3 Females and top 3 in the following age groups: include 6 & under, 7-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74-75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+.

Ruck Sack Division

This division entails walking or hiking while carrying a weighted rucksack or backpack. It is a staple of military training, as soldiers must be able to carry weapons, food and other supplies for long distances. Embrace an even HEAVIER challenge when you sign up for the Ruck Division. 15 pound & 30 pounds are the two divisions.

Packet Pick-up Not available on Sunday, November 24th.

Day of Registration & Packet Pick Up:
Packet pickup will take place on race day at race site from 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

Parking is plentiful next to the race start location. The race starts and ends at the same location.

⏱️ Timing & Scoring

Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib.

❓ FAQ

• Where do I park?
  Free parking is available. More info coming soon!
• How long is the course?
  The 5K is 3.1 miles.
• How will I be timed?
  The race uses an electronic timing system that records race time and place via a transponder chip that will be given out at registration. Each individual competing in the 5K is required to use the race chip. Official times will not be recorded without a chip. There will be a clock at the finish line to view your time.
• What will be provided after the race?
  An awards ceremony will take place after the race at the start/finish location.

🐕 Pet and Stroller Policy

Can I participate in the event with my dog?
Yes

Can I participate with a stroller?
Yes, nurturing future generations of runners is a priority and demonstrating healthy lifestyles to our kids is special. Please, however, start in the latter part of the runners.

💧 Water Stations

Should I bring my own water?
Yes, but there will be a water station on the course as well as at the finish.

💵 Refund Policy

We appreciate your race registration. We are unable to issue refunds. We are not in a position to credit your credit card or issue checks.

☔ Weather Policy

The race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a rain coat or hat. Umbrellas can pose a safety hazard to others, so please do not bring them.

Qualified emergency medical professionals are available to provide assistance at the start/finish lines.
