Walk The Talk With Tim presents the 2025 Annual Walk the Talk 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk! Come out and participate in any way you’d like. It’s our goal to encourage as many people as we can to get out and spend time with each other, meet new friends and boost your health and fitness mindset. Every day is a good day to work on the strength of your mind & body. Come out on May 31st and write a new chapter in your personal development journey! Run, walk or just come be part of an inspiring day of community. All proceeds benefit The Ike Foundation. Keep on Walkin! Keep on Movin! And remember, it all started with a walk!!

• Registration and Packet Pick-Up: Begins at 8:00am

☔ Event Details

• Rain or Shine: This is a rain or shine event!
• Registration Fee:
• 5K Adult: $35
• 5K (12 and under): $25
• 1 Mile Walk: $25

👕 Additional Information

• Race Shirts: Provided to all pre-registered by May 15th and others while supplies last.
• Awards Ceremony: Post-race awards ceremony and refreshments.

• Overall Male and Female Winners: Recognized
• Top 3 Finishers: Male and Female in the following age categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
