• Location: King George Island, Antarctica, where runners will be cheered on by penguins and seals.
• Excursions: Participants can enjoy visits to a penguin colony and the nearby Russian Research base, with an ornate Orthodox Church.
• Weather Permitting: The excursions will depend on time and weather conditions.
• Unique Experience: This is an opportunity to camp overnight on the stunning Antarctic landscape.

• World Records: Most world records set at this event, including the first female hand cyclist and the youngest marathoners on all 7 continents.

🏃‍♂️ Event Information

• Exclusive Event: This is the only opportunity to run a marathon in Antarctica within one week, unlike other races that require more time.
• Unique Terrain: Our event is one of only two known events that run on actual Antarctic land.
• Travel Comfort: We will cross the Drake Passage at a smooth and comfortable altitude, eliminating concerns about sea sickness.
• Historical Success: Given the previous events' success, early registration is advised.

💰 Price Information

For the 2025 White Continent Marathon &: 1/2 Marathon® Adventure, the prices are as follows:

• Double Occupancy: $14,350 (shared room).
• Single Occupancy: $14,950 (private room).

• Geography: King George Island separated from the Antarctic Peninsula around 20 million years ago.
• Research Bases: Home to many research bases from various countries, including the United States, Chile, and Russia.
• Cultural Milestone: Site of the only rock concert performed in Antarctica by Metallica in 2013.
• Course Layout: The racecourse runs between Chilean and Chinese research bases, with camping facilities for runners.
