Race Overview

• BINGO Run Challenge: Ready to take on the BINGO Run challenge?
• Format: Backyard-style event with a fun twist and a definite finish.
• Goal: Earn bingo and have the fastest lap time to wrap up your race.
• Lap Completion: Each 2.85 mile lap completed in 32 minutes or less allows you to draw a bingo ball.

Bingo Card Options

• 3x3 Card: 8.55 - 11.40 miles depending on when you draw BINGO (Max Loops 4)
• 4x4 Card: 11.40 - 22.80 miles depending on when and if you draw BINGO (Max Loops 8)
• Choice: You choose which card you want to sign up for.

Course and Location

• Start Location: Sunfish Lake Parking Lot at Sally Manzara Interpretive Nature Center.
• Trail Length: The trail is 2.85 miles looping around Sunfish Lake.
• Signage: Trails will be marked with ACR arrows, but remain aware of public access and offshoots.
• Trail Type: Most trails are single track style hiking trails.

Registration Information

• Where to Register: Register on the Runsignup page.
• Price Increases: Prices increase on 3/9/2025, 7/26/2025, and on race day 8/6/2024.
• Tip: Register early to get the best price.

Race Schedule

• 7:00 AM - Race Check-In & Day-of Registration opens
• 8:00 AM - Bingo Race Start (1st Lap)
• 8:32 AM - 2nd Lap
• 9:04 AM - 3rd Lap

Aid Stations

• Refreshments: Water, Gatorade, and light snacks at the Start/Finish line.
• Water Policy: Please bring your own water bottle to minimize waste.
• Refill Station: A water refill station will be available at the start.

Timing and Results

• Timing: The Bingo Run is a gun-timed race using chips.
• Visible Bib: Each runner must wear a race bib visible at all times when crossing the finish line.
• Start Line Etiquette: Faster runners should start closer to the start line.
• Results Posting: Results will be posted on our Runsignup page.

Awards and Prizes

• Awards: Top 3 overall male and female finishers based on gun time.

Race Rules and Guidelines

• Public Trail: The trail is open to the public: please be courteous to pedestrians.
• Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed due to potential crowding.
• Bib Visibility: Your bib must be visible at all times.

Post-Race Celebration

• Event: The post-race celebration begins as soon as runners cross the finish line.
• Features: Music and light snacks available.

Spectator Information

• Best Spot: Starting line is the best location for spectators.
• Trail Viewing: A few spots along the trail are available to catch runners.

Safety Precautions

• Courtesy: Be cautious and courteous on public trails.
• Stroller Policy: This is not a stroller-friendly course due to various terrain.
• Biking Policy: No bikes are allowed in the race.
• Pet Policy: Please leave your pets at home.

• Volunteer Perk: Volunteers receive one free entry to a race of their choice within a year.
• Help Required: We need volunteers: we cannot run the races without you!
