Paint Palestine Pink was founded in August 2010 as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing diagnostics for breast cancer. Their services have expanded to offer grants for diagnostics and treatment for all cancers.

The organization funds diagnostic tests locally for the residents of Anderson and surrounding counties without any CEO or executive salaries, relying on donations and community volunteers.

• 5K: The 5K route winds through the backroads of Palestine.
