• Participation: Join Fleet Feet communities across the country in a nationally-coordinated 5K race taking place in different locations all on the same day.

Fundraising and Celebration

Our race will also be raising much-needed funds for the Parkinson's Research Foundation. Race Director, Carol Gilpin's mother, Pat Foster battled this disease the last 10 years of her life, and Carol is celebrating her life at this event. We will be serving ice cream at the finish line to celebrate Pat and the full life she lived. Please donate here.

• Global Running Day: The Big Run coincides with Global Running Day!
• Open to All: Event is open to runners of all levels and abilities.
• Untimed Event: Participants will be responsible for counting their own mileage, either by keeping track of laps or by GPS watch.
• Stroller Friendly: This event is stroller-friendly: however, no dogs are allowed at the event.
