Napa MPS Race for a Cure

2026 Napa Race for a Cure 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk

The National MPS Society will host a timed 5K run and 1 mile walk, beginning at 10:30 AM on Sunday, April 26. The 1 mile walk will begin at 10:40 AM. Packet pickup and day of registration will open at 8:30 AM. A picnic for attendees and volunteers will be held after the race!

Participation Details

• Open to Everyone: This event is open to individuals of all ages and abilities.
• Social Media: We would love to see the posts of pictures participants on their 5K route. This is completely optional.
• Spread Awareness: Use #MPSAwareness on your social media posts to help us keep up with the fun.

Virtual Participation

Not able to join in person? Participate virtually! It is just like any other 5K, except there is no official race location. You get to choose where, with whom, and even how you want to complete the 5K. By participating virtually, you can run the 5K at any time leading up to April 26th. It can even be done in increments: keep track of your distance until you hit the 5K!

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Platinum Corporate Sponsorship: $2,000 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, banner at the event, and up to 25 participants.
• Gold Corporate Sponsorship: $1,500 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, small sign at the event, and up to 20 participants.
• Team Sponsorship Level 1: $500 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 5 participants.
• Team Sponsorship Level 2: $300 - Includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 3 participants.

T-Shirt Information

• Deadline for In-Person Runners: Shirts guaranteed for participants who register before March 27th!
• Virtual Runners: Register by March 27th to receive your shirt in time!

Fundraising Information

• Start your Team Fundraiser: At the top, hover over "Donate".
• Become a Fundraiser: Select "become a fundraiser".
• Create Your Team Page: Choose your photo, team name, bio and fundraising goal!
• Share the Link: Share the link for people to donate directly to your fundraiser!

Race Details

• 8:30 AM: Onsite registration and packet pick-up.
• 10:30 AM: 5K Run.
• 10:40 AM: 1 Mile Walk.
• 12:00 PM: Family Picnic.
