📅 Packet Pickup Information
- Saturday: Packet pickup will be on December 6 at the West Stanly Senior Center.
- Time: 9am-12pm.
- Race Day: Packet pickup is available starting at 2pm.
- Recommendation: Local participants are encouraged to pick up on Saturday to avoid congestion on Race Day.
🏃♀️ Event Overview
- Festive Spirit: The Locust Elfie 5K will be held on December 7, 2025, to get you in the Christmas Spirit!
- Registration: Early-Bird Registration is only $20.00 until March 23.
- Incentive: The first 100 people that register will receive a pair of Christmas/Elfie Socks!
- Course: A fast & flat-ish course through the Locust Town Center & surrounding neighborhood.
🎁 Prizes and Awards
- Overall Awards: There will be overall awards for the top 3 males and top 3 females.
- Age Group Awards: Categories include both Male & Female: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 plus.
- Best Dressed: Wear your favorite Christmas attire for a chance to win prizes for the best dressed Elfie!
- Course Support: @excitebikes will be leading the way during the race, and there will be communication support on the course.
🚗 Parking Information
- Parking Lots: Please use parking lots as much as possible on Race Day.
- Location: Parking is located behind the main buildings in the Town Center.
- Safety: Keep the streets along the course free to ensure the safety of our runners.
- Marking: Orange Cones will mark the spaces we want you to definitely avoid!
