- Course Details: The half marathon course includes a run through Athens’ historic districts, downtown, and the UGA campus.
- Live Music: Local Athens bands perform live throughout the course.
- Community Spirit: Athens residents come out in force to cheer on and entertain runners along the way, adding to the fun energy of these popular events.

- Course Experience: The 5K course explores downtown Athens and the Boulevard neighborhood.
- Celebration: A live band at the start and finish line helps you celebrate your accomplishment.
- Community Support: Local community members support and cheer for runners all along the route.
🎶 Supporting a Mission
The AthHalf is produced annually by the nonprofit organization, AthFest Educates, and race proceeds support our mission of funding high-quality music and arts education programming for local K – 12 youth.
