Broad River Trail Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Description

⏰ Start Times

• 10 Mile: Starts at 9 am. Chips timing - You may start anytime after you pick up your chip.
• 5K: Will begin at 9am. Chip timing - You may begin as soon as you pick up your chip.

🗺️ Course Description

• Starting Point: As usual, both races will begin at the Ranger Station, then down to the River Trail passing by the playground.
• 10 Mile Course: Heads west along the River Trail, right on Wild Turkey Trail, left on Flint Hill, right on College Farm, cross the creek and left on Running Cedar, follow the gravel road back to the gate, left on the Sandy Run Trail, right on Chestnut Oak, cross the gravel road and back on the Running Cedar Trail, right on College Farm, cross the creek, cross the power line, right on Flint Hill, right on Nicholsonville to the campground, follow the River Trail back, and finish at the playground.
• 5K Course: Is out and back along the River Trail. Participants will start after the 10 milers.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Date: October 10, 2025, Friday 3-7pm at the Ranger Station, 126 Broad River Road, Shelby, NC.
• Alternative: Packet can also be picked up on the day of the event.
