- Tradition: The Turkey Trot 5K is a family-favorite tradition that takes place on Thanksgiving morning before all of the festivities begin for the day.

- Route: The 5K begins at the LYCC of Gardner-Webb University and the race route goes throughout the beautiful town of Boiling Springs.
