Jessica Meredith Jacobsen Memorial 5k and Fun Walk

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

In memory of Jessica Meredith Jacobsen, the Knights of Columbus Council # 4011 (Father O’Neill Council) has organized the 18th Annual Jessica Meredith Jacobsen Memorial 5K Run and Fun Walk on September 20, 2025, at 8:00 AM. In addition to memorializing Jessica Meredith Jacobsen, who died tragically in 2007 as a result of intimate partner violence, the event also supports House of Ruth Maryland, the Immaculate Conception School Tuition Assistance Fund, and Fr. O’Neill Charities.

📍 Race Details

• Location: Immaculate Conception School, Towson, MD
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Course: The race and walk will follow the same course as last year.
• Virtual Option: A virtual race option is available for all participants.

👕 T-Shirt and Bib Pickup

T-shirt and bib pickup will be on September 18th and September 19th at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 616 W. Seminary Ave, Lutherville, MD 21093, between 3:00-7:00 PM.

🅿️ Parking Information

Free parking for the event will be available in the garage on Ware Ave. on race day.

🖥️ Registration Details

• Online Registration: Closes at 8:00 PM on 9/19/25.
• Race Day Registration: Limited registration available until 7:30 AM on 9/20/25.
• Donation: Accepting donations after 9/20/25.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: A t-shirt with the Knight logo is guaranteed for those who register by September 6, 2025.

🏆 Awards

Cash prizes of $100, $50, and $25 for the top 3 female and male overall finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the top male and female finishers.
