23rd Annual Ellicott City Labor Day 10K & 5K

Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026
• Time: 8:00 a.m.
• Location: 12290 Folly Quarter Road, Ellicott City, MD

Race Details

• 10K Race: A road race through scenic western Ellicott City countryside and surrounding neighborhoods.
• 5K Race: A road/trail (dirt/grass) combo on roads and scenic trails on the Shrine property.
• Certification: Both the 10K & 5K are USATF certified.
• Family Fun: Activities include refreshments, music, random prizes, a moonbounce, and snow balls.

Awards and Recognition

• Cash Awards: $75, $50, and $25 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall male & female finishers in both races.
• Age Groups: Non-cash awards will be provided in 7 age group categories for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
• T-Shirts: Performance T-Shirts guaranteed to participants registered by August 17.
• Timing: Chip Timing by www.bullseyerunning.com.

Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Feet First, 5305 Village Center Drive, Suite 110 Columbia MD 21044.
• Date: Packet pick up on Friday, Sept. 4th from 3-7 p.m.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Available for those unable to attend packet pick-up day.
• Plan Ahead: Please arrive early for packet pick-up on race day.

Race Day Information

• Event Start: Begins at 6:45 a.m.: both races start at 8:00 a.m.
• Parking: Directions will be provided upon entering the venue.
• Course Review: Review the course maps HERE for the 5k and HERE for the 10k.
• Awards Ceremony: Awards will be presented after the races conclude.
