The Autism Speaks Empower Walk + 5K Run is an uplifting celebration of community and progress, combining the spirit of the traditional Walk with the energy of a 5K run! Whether you’re walking, running, or cheering from the sidelines, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Event Schedule
- 7:15 a.m.: 5K packet pick-up/registration opens
- 8:30 a.m.: 5K start
- 9:30 a.m.: Walk-in check-in opens
- 10:30 a.m.: Opening Ceremony
- 10:45 a.m.: Walk starts
- 11:30 a.m.: 50-yard Superhero Sprint
- 11:45 a.m.: Closing Ceremony
