Fun for the whole family! Join our Community Fundraiser for The Sanctuary Foster Care Services on November 1, 2025.

📅 Event Details

• Date: November 1, 2025
• Start Time: 7:30am CST
• Distances: 5K and Kids 1K
• Location: Sugar Land Memorial Park - Main Pavilion - 15300 University Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479

📦 Pre-Race Packet Pickup

• When: October 30th, 2025 10am - 5pm & October 31, 2025 from 10am - 2pm
• Where: The Sanctuary Foster Care Services 130 Industrial Blvd Suite180, Sugar Land, TX 77478

🏁 Race Day Packet Pickup

If you are not able to pick up your packet on Friday, we will provide packet pickup the morning of the race from 6:45am - 7:30am.

🛤 Course

The course will start at the Main Pavilion by the lake.

🅿️ Parking

Parking will be at the Main Pavilion by the lake. Parking will not be available to participants at the dog park.

📋 Race Day Agenda

• 7:30 AM: Event Prayer
• 7:45 AM: The Sanctuary Foster Care Services
• 8:00 AM: Kids 1K (Kids 12 & under)
• 8:30 AM: 5K Run/Walk
• 9:45 AM: Awards Ceremony

🧸 Miscellaneous

• Chip Timing: Kids 1K and 5K are chip timed.
• Accompanying Parents: Parents are welcome to accompany their children on Kids 1K. Each child will be presented with a finisher's medal!
• No Pets: No pets are allowed on the course.
• Strollers: Strollers are welcome.
• Food & Music: There will be food and music before and after the race!
• Registration Fees: All registration fees are donated to The Sanctuary Foster Care Services.

☔ Weather

• No Refunds: NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS for race cancellation due to weather conditions. The race will not be rescheduled.
