Every step makes a difference. Join us on Saturday, September 27, 2025, for the eighth annual Sound of Hope 5K in South Jordan, Utah. This professionally timed race sends 100% of proceeds to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Runners and walkers alike will receive a race shirt, swag bag, and finish medal—with awards for top finishers. Show up, move forward, and stand for prevention.
