EVENT & COURSE DETAILS

• Course Length: The course is a scenic, roughly 3.2-mile lap on the east side of Tower Grove Park in St. Louis.
• Route Type: This horseshoe-shaped route is perfect for spectators and family, allowing them to cheer on your runners at the start and halfway points of each loop.
• Team Requirements: Each team member must run at least one lap, but the remaining laps can be split between members however works best.
• Event Amenities: Restrooms will be available on site and each team will receive two gallons of water along with pre-packaged snacks.

REGISTRATION

• Team Registration: Team members will need to sign up as a group and a team captain must complete the registration and make the payment for the entire team.
• Discount Eligibility: To receive the Track Club discount, the team member signing your group up must be a member.
• Important Details: After choosing your category, scroll down to add each additional team member.
• Waivers: Waivers will be e-mailed to other team members once registration is complete.

TEAM TYPES

4-PERSON TEAM

• Team Options: 4-Person Jr. High, 4-Person 80 & Under, 4-Person 160+, 4-Person 200+, 4-Person Open Male, 4-Person Open Female, 4-Person Open Mixed, 4-Person Corporate, 4-Person Family.
• Eligibility: Categories include junior high, age-restricted teams, and open teams for those that do not fit other categories.
• Family & Corporate: Family category encourages loved ones to participate together, while corporate category promotes team building.

2-PERSON TEAMS

• Team Options: 2-Person Male, 2-Person Female, 2-Person Mixed.
• Flexibility: Ideal for those looking for a less daunting distance while still participating in a team setting.

5-8 PERSON PARTY PACK

• Focus: This division celebrates fun, flexibility, and camaraderie.
• Distance: Each runner completes just over a 5K distance (approx. 3.2 miles).
• Accessibility: Perfect for friends, families, office teams, and casual runners.

SOLO

• Challenge: The Solo Marathon is the ultimate challenge for the dedicated runner.
• Distance: Complete the entire 26.2-mile distance yourself, achieving a true marathon feat.
• Cost: A low entry cost for those seeking a personal best or wanting to conquer the marathon distance.

PACKET PICKUP & RACE DAY

• Early Pickup: Saturday, Nov. 21 at Running Niche store from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Race-Day Pickup: Begins at 8 a.m. with the race starting at 9 a.m. at the Sons of Rest Pavilion.
• Vendor Tents: Expect vendor tents (usually running related) at the race starting area.
